Hopeline ID Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Hopeline ID is operated by Hope Channel Indonesia. By using this service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. See also our Privacy Policy .

1. About the Service

Hopeline ID is an identity (single sign-on) service that lets one account be used to sign in to several apps connected to it — both internal apps for the Hope Channel Indonesia team (such as Hopeline Connect) and public apps open to everyone (such as Hopeline Prayer).

2. Who May Use This

Anyone may register a public account through the registration page, to use apps marked public. Internal accounts are only ever created by an admin, for staff/team members working with internal apps connected to Hopeline ID.

Individual apps (internal or public) may apply their own access requirements beyond Hopeline ID — for example, a public app may have additional roles (such as a volunteer role) that are only granted by that app's own admin once you have an account.

3. User Responsibilities

If your account uses a password (rather than signing in with Google), you are responsible for keeping it confidential. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, since anyone with access to your Google account also has access to your Hopeline ID account. Promptly notify an admin if you suspect your account has been misused by someone else. Only one active session is allowed at a time — signing in on a new device automatically logs out any other session.

4. Service Availability and Changes

This service may undergo changes, maintenance, or downtime at any time without prior notice.

5. Suspension and Termination of Access

An admin may deactivate your account at any time — whether an internal account (for example, if you are no longer part of the team) or a public account (for example, in case of misuse) — or for any other misuse of access. Deactivating an account revokes your login session in Hopeline ID and in connected apps that support single logout.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service outside its intended purpose, or from connected third-party apps that use Hopeline ID for authentication.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the relevant apps.
